Electronic Waste Register

The Electronic Waste Registry (EWR) is an electronic service (level 4) provided by the Ministry and includes the electronic registration of obligated entities (Companies and Organizations) in the registry and at the same time supports the registration of their activities (Facilities and Collection-Transport activities) in combination with the declaration of the waste they manage and the permits that document them. It also covers the obligation to submit the Waste Report according to the new tables prepared by a working group of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources. It also provides the ability for the EWR managers to produce reports by processing the data that have been entered into the information system by obligated users. The completion and submission of the annual EPA is mandatory for any activity whose facilities may produce waste. It is emphasized that the portal was opened for the declaration of waste produced in the previous calendar year and completion and submission is mandatory even if no waste was produced in the declared year and the declaration is zero.
